Login Assistance

Member Login Instructions - Click on the login box at the lower left under the page menu and enter your email address and password and click 'Login'. If you are not logged in right away then see additional help below. Once logged in please read helpful information on your welcome screen in the center of the page. 

I am having difficulty logging in to my Members Area - what should I do? 

Please be sure that your membership is current and has not lapsed as this is often the case with login difficulty. If you had not realized that your membership has lapsed please email Member Services for assistance so we can help. 

1. Make sure that you are using the same email address for login that you joined with. If you have multiple email addresses please try each one until you find the right one.

2. If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgot Password' at the login box. We will send a reset email to you to the email address on file. If you do not receive an email in ten minutes to reset your password then we may have a different email address on file for you. 

3. Make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser so that our web site recognizes you as a valued member.

Also please be sure that there are no spaces before or after your email address or password when you type it in the login boxes and please make sure that your Caps lock or Num lock is not on. You may reset your password at anytime at the 'Forgot Password?' button if you have forgotten it or if you are still having difficulty. Also please make sure that your computer is not auto-filling an old password in the password field when you login - it may be helpful to clear your cache or history as sometimes a computer may auto-enter an old password or email. Please make sure that your browser can receive cookies for login - see next question for quick help on this. If you have changed email addresses please contact Member Services for assistance so that we may reset your email and password for you. If you have any difficulty in logging in for any other reason and still need assistance please email Member Services so that we may help. I have requested a password reset but did not receive an email allowing me to reset my password -what should I do? Please be sure that you entered the email address that we have on file, that you used when you joined or renewed, as this is the one that we have for login. If you do not receive an email in ten minutes to reset your password then we may have a different email address on file for you. Also please check your spam filter or junk mail as our email may have gone there. If you still need assistance then please email Member Services for help.

I am having difficulty logging in to my Members Area - when I login it is asking me to login again - what should I do? First - make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser so that our site recognizes you as a valued member. This is likely the issue. When you login you should see a Welcome screen in the middle of the page that will give you helpful information on where to find items within your Members Area. Please be sure to look to the left and scroll down to see the items in your Members Area (not in the public informational pages at the top of the menu) - this will appear below the public menu when logged in. Click on Members Area > The Reiki Times, Members Area> Member Resources etc. to access your current items. If you click on the items but cannot access them or are asked to login again then it is likely that the cookies in your web browser are not turned on.

-For Safari, from the Safari menu, select "Preferences" and click the Security tab. Next to "Accept Cookies:", select Always.
-Alternately you can try Google Chrome or try from another computer, it's possible that if you are using a work computer that you may be blocked by a firewall if you are at work. If you are still having difficulty them please email Member Services for assistance.
